SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE
We want your retreat to feel easeful & nourishing - classes, meals, and workshops on the schedule are all optional. Please feel empowered to attend what best serves you throughout the week. This is a sample itinerary to give you an idea of the daily flow.

*Think beach walks, a market trip, swimming, a nap, socializing, or just laying in the sun reading a book or listening to your favorite podcast! Our schedule is flexible & you are welcome to pick and choose which offerings you attend based on your desires any given day.
EXCURSIONS & SPA TREATMENTS
From spa experiences to ATV adventures, here are some optional activities that are not included in our retreat schedule but that you are welcome to explore. Find the full list with descriptions & prices (subject to change) below. Casas Kismet will facilitate booking.

PACKING Tips
Pack light! There is a $15 laundry option and the retreat center provides towels for all purposes, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and natural insect repellent. Between that, the hot weather, and casual vibe of Costa Rica, you’ll wear & need less than you think.
You know this already, but remember your passport
Credit card + cash (for spa services, extra excursions)
Water bottle & electrolytes (stay hydrated as it is hot & we will be moving & grooving)
Good open-air walking shoes (think Tevas, Chacos, or sturdy sandals with grip for jungle/beach walk from Casas Kismet)
Tennis shoes if you have sensitive feet
Light, airy outfits, swimsuits, movement attire (it’s hot + humid → pack light & breathable)
Last day photoshoot outfit (fun, vibrant, whatever feels good & feels like YOU)
Sunscreen, bug spray
WHAT TIME DOES THE RETREAT BEGIN & END?
The retreat begins with an opening circle + dinner around 5:00pm on Saturday, January 16th, 2027 and ends with breakfast on Saturday, January 23rd.
FLIGHTS
Arrival /// January 16th: Fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). From there, you can either take a 30-minute domestic flight to Nosara or a 2.5-hour shuttle to the retreat center. We’ll help coordinate shared shuttles from LIR for those who choose that option. Please note that some bumpy roads along the way are common in Costa Rica!
Departure /// January 23rd: As with arrival, you can either fly or shuttle from Nosara to LIR, and we’ll help coordinate shared shuttles. If flying to LIR, be sure to allow enough time between your domestic and international flights.
Transportation to and from Casas Kismet is not included in the cost of the retreat.
